Manages phone calls and triages/manages calls from patients/pharmacies/insurance companies and other facilities.
Schedules patient appointments including online insurance verification. Follows-up patients with missed appointments. Obtain authorizations for Motor Vehicle and Workers' Compensation patients. Monitors webchat via Snap Engage daily and responds to patient inquiries. Manages calls from hospitals and physician offices and routes to the appropriate people. Creates telephone encounters as necessary. Interacts with other departments within the organization. Performs other duties as requested by the Supervisor/Office Manager as directed for business needs. Follows all the customer service standard Responsible for timely and accurate completion of timesheets/ time records for hours work and payroll processing. Time records must be completed and approved by employee no later than close of business on last day of each pay period.
