Actalent is actively seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to contribute on MEP projects all throughout NJ!Role Overview: As part of our dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with design professionals, architects, and contractors to create cutting-edge electrical systems. Your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit will be essential as you prepare accurate drawings, schematics, and specifications.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to create electrical systems for various projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Conduct site visits and field inspections to gather data, assess existing conditions, and support project installations.
Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and other engineering analyses to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Collaborate with other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated and coordinated project delivery.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the resolution of technical issues.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, submittals, and construction documents
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
