Become a maker of possible with us.As part of the Technology and Global Services department, we are looking for a Business Partner Analyst for the MES - Lean Material Management (LMM) / Warehouse Management system, based on the Apriso platform and used by BD to support the materials’ inventory and flow management for the plants.Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate the projects to roll-out technical upgrade and functional enhancements to sites for the MES LMM Apriso platform.

Follow the TGS global methodology and maintain the lifecycle of the MES LMM projects/enhancements in the IT portfolio management system.

Understand and evaluate the Business needs and objectives for new capabilities to be developed

Create and maintain detailed documentation of user requirement specifications.

Provide inputs and contribute to the validation deliverables such as the Validation Plan and the Validation Summary Report.

Contribute to the joined application design session with the TGS MES Platform Technical team, the vendors and the Business.

Contribute to the testing of the new features and functionalities in the MES LMM Apriso platform.

Facilitate the integration testing with SAP and the validation of local systems connected to the MES LMM Apriso platform.

Capture identified issues, gaps and escalate them to the TGS MES Platform Technical team and the vendors.

Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the software by following standard validation methodologies.

Coordinate the deployment of new releases to plants.

Train the site super users on new capabilities and support the maintenance of job aids documentation.

Communicate effectively with internal customers and collaborators throughout the lifecycle of technical upgrade projects/enhancements.

Document lessons learned and standard methodologies in new releases management.

Support the MES Platform Technical team in the escalation process and disposition of incidents faced in the live MES LMM Apriso systems.

Collaborate with the other team members and the vendors by pro-actively providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement purposes on the TGS internal processes, Business processes supported by MES, communication…

Education and Experience: Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Mechanics or a closely related field.

Minimum 3 years’ working experience with an MES, preferably the Apriso platform or equivalent.

Ability to travel internationally and domestically - approximately 20%

Familiar with database systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

High competence in problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Clear and effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often multi-functional and cross-regional.

Ability to translate complex business / technical needs into simple and manageable requirements; handle partner concerns and risk mitigation as needed.

Passionate about Digital Transformation, learning new technologies and trends in the software industry.
