Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Florham Park, NJ. Consult, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics applications-based solutions. Assist with managing large scale, multi-year programs from strategy through execution to drive value, and advise on industry-specific business applications. Manage the lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, including working with clients to understand their business, gathering requirements to deliver effective solutions, and engaging in the implementation of solutions. Help clients transform their Sales, Service and Marketing functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries.Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Identify new service opportunities. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, plus 6 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience).In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, plus 4 years of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:-Developing requirements for the configuration, customization and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions;-Experience in one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2015 Customization and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications;-Designing, building, testing and deploying the functional components required for successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions including RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development; and-Experience with the following: Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required. 80% telecommuting permitted.
