Azure & Windows candidate will play a crucial role in handling escalated issues onsite and remotely. Azure & Windows preferred MSP experience and be technically knowledgeable in O365 and Azure environments.The candidate should also understand basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, Mail Transport, IP Troubleshooting, DFS, etc.
Azure & Windows Requirements:- Experience with Azure Cloud (Priority)
- Migration to – from – hosted exchange to O365
- Azure knowledge to fill existing gap
- O365 linked to Okta (informational)
- File shares (future) Azure
- Future state (new provisions)
- Experience with O365 and knowledge of licensing (Priority)
- Experience with AD management (create/modify users, groups, and GPOs)
- Experience with Windows 10 desktop OS
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019 OS
- Fortigate Firewalls, Cisco routers, switches – preferred but not 100% required.
