Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Parsippany, NJ area. In this role, you will be part of an industry that involves large kitchen equipment for kitchens and restaurants, and you will be responsible for order processing and customer service.Responsibilities: Accurately process and track customer orders for large kitchen equipment Arrange shipping and maintain inventory records Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Utilize software tools like SAP to keep track of customer details and orders Work closely with warehouse associates and the operations manager to ensure smooth operations Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all tasksRequirements Proven experience in a customer service role. Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively. Proficiency in order entry and processing. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Solid experience with CRM systems and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Willingness to work in shifts as customer service often requires round-the-clock support. Familiarity with industry's latest trends and willingness to keep updated on detail oriented knowledge.
