Senior Officer, Funds & Institutional

We are seeking a Senior Officer to join the Funds & Institutional team in our Jersey office and you may be the person we're looking for.In this role you will oversee an international and ever-growing client portfolio whilst supervising and mentoring junior team members. In joining IQ-EQ you will benefit from our hybrid working policy, employee referral scheme and collaborative and supportive environment.What you'll do - Perform a wide of fund administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support the Company’s ever-growing and diversified international client baseProvide a high level of quality internal and external client service and the accurate and timely provision of financial administration servicesAct as a role model and demonstrate the Group Values at all times and ensure engagement and commitment to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies in all assigned tasksProactively contribute to the Team objectives of achieving both individual and Team debtor targets on a daily basis with high performance against key performance indicators achieving objectivesDeputise for your manager when requiredDevelop and maintain a good understanding of the principles of taxation affecting Jersey Fund StructuresSharing knowledge and experience throughout the team, with a particular emphasis on helping develop the experience and expertise of junior staffPossess an ability to understand trust and company legal documentsParticipate fully and proactively in the promotion of a constructive “client servicing” cultureProvide timely and constructive feedback on client administration mattersDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with the Team Members and across all Teams locally to ensure a collaborative approachContinue and maintain relevant technical knowledge, ensuring Continual Professional Development (CPD) requirements are met.
