Viscount reuse is a dynamic growth business focused on elimination of single use packaging in the food supply chain. We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced technical professional to join our team as a National Technical Manager based in Erskine Park, Sydney. In this role, you’ll support our sites across Australia (and occasionally New Zealand) by improving how we maintain and run our equipment. You’ll be the go-to person for maintenance systems, spare parts, and technical problem-solving. You’ll also help train site teams, manage service visits from equipment suppliers, and lead national improvement projects that make our operations safer and more reliable.If you’ve got experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and maintenance—especially in manufacturing—and you’re confident using systems like Excel or MEX (or keen to learn), this could be a great next step. We’re after someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and getting things done. You’ll need to be organised, a good communicator, and ready to take the lead on technical challenges.
