Background & Purpose of the Job We are looking for a Customer Operations Data & Analytics Team Lead to help deliver a portfolio of innovative digital products across the North America Customer Operations Team. This full-time assignment will provide the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across Logistics, Warehousing and Collect functions while keeping data simplification and user experience at the top of all priorities. The Customer Operations Data & Analytics Team Lead will lead and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver advanced analytics and insights in the stated functions. The ideal candidate is an experienced data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data and building process improvements with the clear deliverable of providing accurate, accessible and effective solutions that will be easy to use.Who You Are & What You’ll Do The CO Data and Analytics team is comprised of data engineering, product management and front-end developers. As a Customer Operations Data & Analytics Team Lead, you will lead the partnership and collaboration with the Logistics, Warehousing and Collect functions within Customer Operations. This includes working with business stakeholders to gather goals and outline requirements, building the technical components through a partnership with NA D&A and developing the final front-end solutions. This role will help bring the touchless analytics & insights process to life.This role requires a detail oriented and creative technologist who is comfortable working in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Degree/working experience in data engineering, analytics, information technology or related technical discipline required with experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Collect or related fields preferred.

Minimum of three years of professional experience with clear competency in supply chain, analytics, project management and technology. CPG industry experience a plus.

Moderate to extensive experience with SQL/Python/Scala required.

Extensive experience with front-end visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Experience with SAP preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Azure and Azure services preferred.

Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn.

Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership in delivering for our customer and businesses.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Ability to problem solve, influence, and lead others.

Ability to initiate and drive dynamic solutions to problems.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
