Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and doctors.
Prepare blocks and slides for in house couriers to pick up samples.
Incident tracking for client services team, add charges to sample requisitions and update patient files.
Liaison for other departments between pre-analytical team.
Package blocks and slides for histology to be shipped.
File patient reports.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Administrative experience
Medical terminology experience and laboratory experience (preferred, not required)
Organized and detail oriented
