Description
This contractor position is in support of the FAA's Aviation Weather Office requirement to conduct work for the development of new and enhanced aviation weather capabilities and systems, the sustainment and transition of legacy National Airspace System (NAS) subsystems, and other weather efforts Expertise and Functions Provide expertise in the application of state-of-the-art technology to meet the mission requirements of the Customer, including: System architecture assessments System deployment and decommissioning Data analysis System algorithms Assessment of legacy code for reprogramming System procedural implementation and performance evaluation Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training (both required and desired): Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in the required task area FAA program experience highly desired Security: Must be a US citizen Ability to obtain a security clearance may be requiredVacancy caducado!
