Sourcing Assistant (Recruiting) Edison, NJSystem One is currently seeking a Sourcing Assistant (Recruiting) for a full-time position.Sourcing Assistant Responsibilities:
Partners with Recruiters and Account Managers to go over hiring needs, position specifications, and search/skill set requirements.
Extensive sourcing through resumes to find candidates, which fit all requirements of the open requisition by using job boards, social media, etc.
Creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings.
Pre-screening candidates for recruiters to review salary requirements, job details, etc.
Sourcing Assistant Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be self-motivated
Must be good with internet search
Must not be afraid of the phones
Experience using MS Office preferred
Computer skills a MUST
