Our client, an iconic restaurant with over 55 years of experience and stability is currently seeking 2 FOH Managers for a direct hire opportunity in their Edison, NJ location.Our FOH Managers: OWN our brand and INSPIRE our employees to perform to their fullest potentials. Are masters of EXECUTION, fully tuned in with their fingers on the pulse of all aspects of their restaurant's operations. Understand the importance of COLLABORATION and building effective teams. Have a contagious attitude and SMILE, because it's no secret that they love what they do.Here's what we're looking for: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service (table service with full bar), high volume restaurant (250-450 covers per dinner shift), required. Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees. Bi-lingual Spanish highly desired Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way, whichever is greater. ServSafe Certification preferred and TIPS Certification a definite plus!Benefits:
