Description Are you an experienced Financial Analyst with a knack for PeopleSoft modules? Robert Half is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist our client in Eatowntown, NJ, on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you'll provide invaluable expertise in PeopleSoft modules, leading the charge in reviewing business requirements for data conversion solutions. Position Summary:As our Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for functional application expertise across various PeopleSoft Modules. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring cross-functional teams fully comprehend the impact of decisions made during requirements gathering. From gathering and documenting requirements to conducting design sessions, you'll play a pivotal role in our success.Primary Responsibilities:
Understand functional processes and business rules related to supported modules.
Participate in requirements analysis sessions and develop design specifications.
Act as a liaison between functional and technical conversion teams.
Assist the testing team in executing test scripts and troubleshooting.
Recommend process improvements and resolve integrated process issues.
Develop clear documentation to facilitate application migration.
Schedule and prioritize tasks effectively, utilizing project management processes.
Encourage knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
3-6+ years of PeopleSoft Functional design experience.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Project management and data analysis skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional objectives.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and change impacts.
Experience with PeopleSoft Query and nVision preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships.
