Onsite Position in Eatontown NJ, some travel is requiredPosition Summary:This is a newly formed role and would be responsible for the oversight of Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing Departments. The main function of the role is to drive growth and market presence through strategic sales initiatives. Beyond traditional responsibilities, we envision this role as a catalyst for fostering collaboration between departments, harnessing the power of software and system capabilities, and unlocking the full potential of our team members. This position has 4 direct reports with a total of 24 personnel make-up between the departments (these teams are comprised of onsite, hybrid and fully remote personnel). While the nature of the product we sell can be technical, we seek a candidate with proven expertise in creating high-level strategic plans and executing them at every stage, from initial concept through full implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish framework while being hands-on in operations execution. BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is an ISO 9001 certified company. This role is responsible for learning, understanding and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities. Skills and Experience:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, preferred
Minimum 5 years' working experience in Sales Management
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing sales programs across Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Technical Sales, and Marketing.
Ability to create cohesive, department-wide strategies that align with organizational goals.
Strong understanding of industrial automation market
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward common goals.
Demonstrated practical experience driving improvements and defining key objectives with outside and inside sales teams.
Exceptional written and spoken communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare and present data effectively
Candid and constructive input
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications
Proficiency with BRECOflex product line and manufacturing process, after initial training is complete.
Strategic thinker with data-driven approach to decision making and optimizing sales process
Knowledge of tools and techniques that support both the sales teams and customer experience, facilitation training and resource development.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Set clear goals and KPIs for Inside and Outside Sales teams.

Team Leadership and Development:
Develop and train leaders to mentor, coach, and guide sales teams to enhance performance and professional growth
Develop and train leaders to set clear expectations, goals and KPIs, monitor sales plans and forecasts with timely feedback to personnel.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement and mechanisms to receive and give feedback at all levels
Develop best practice to track sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to senior management.
Develop processes for improvement where corrective actions are needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Develop process to align marketing initiatives align with sales efforts.
Develop interactive resources for internal and external customers
Develop customer training resource material
Collaborate with business, operations, and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and incorporate customer feedback to drive improvements.
Work closely with customer service to drive exceptional service.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and train leaders to drive collaboration between inside and outside sales teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Follow ISO, 5S, Manufacturing, quality and safety procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
