Provides effective individual, family group psychotherapy as indicated.

Identifies realistic goals for psychotherapy.

Attends program development and case conferences as indicated for patients treated or evaluated.

Provides inservices to staff and community agencies as requested by Supervisor.

Disseminates findings accurately and sensitively , according to Department policy.

Provides supervision to staff, fellows, interns and externs as indicated.

Provides effective team consultation as needed.

Meets minumum annual expected volumes

Formal Education and Job-Related Experience

Masters Degree with at least 1 years experience.

Tact, initiative and judgment in performance of duties.

CertificationAHA BLS Provider Certification required.LicenseLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Job Specific ContactsAbility to work effectively as a team member in a hospital setting. Ability to relate therapeutically with professional team, children, adolescents, and parents/significant others.Physical DemandsOffice|hospital environment.Working Environment - Additional CommentsFlexibility, both in work hours and in performance of duties.
