Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes
Read and interpret blueprints
Conduct inspections using tools such as micrometers, depth gages, and height gages
Load and set up machines
Maintain proficiency with mechanical drawings and floor layouts
Provide excellent customer service
Teach and coach team members
