They will support the Team with analyzing multiple Facility Management bids. .Primary responsibilities of the position in order of importance and identify % of time spentAnalyze proposals sent in by suppliers• Analysis needs to ensure we're comparing like to like across the suppliers and costs are all inclusive• Attend meetings to review dataInternal contacts:• Procurement• Real Estate & Facility Management stakeholders• FinanceQualificationsFUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE• Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint• Ability to learn to pull data from internal computer software systems• Strong verbal and written communication skills required• Strong math skills required• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions• Close attention to detail will be critical to success in this role
