About the position: Job Title: Helpdesk Support Consultant Location: Aurora, Illinois (onsite) Job Type: 6 months contract to hire Skills: 2-3 years of experience in a Help Desk role (Level 2 type Help Desk Support) aria-hidden="true" Experience performing end user support on Office 365 aria-hidden="true" Experience with Mobile Devices management through Microsoft Intune aria-hidden="true" Experience using ticketing systems aria-hidden="true" Experience with Imaging aria-hidden="true" Experience patching end point devices aria-hidden="true" Experience with Windows 10 aria-hidden="true" Ability to support printers aria-hidden="true" Ability Troubleshoot network issues aria-hidden="true" Ability to manage a cloud based phones system aria-hidden="true" Experience managing IT inventory aria-hidden="true" Experience with Active Directory aria-hidden="true" Experience and comfort with remote IT support aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Additional Skills: aria-hidden="true" Citrix experience would be a plus aria-hidden="true" Microsoft Teams experience would be a plus aria-hidden="true" Understanding of Windows server would be a plus aria-hidden="true"
