We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record in enterprise-level development and distributed programming. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the Spring Framework, design patterns, testing methodologies, and DevOps practices. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in leading teams, solving complex problems, and driving innovation to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of enterprise-level development experience in production.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Spring Framework CORE, Spring Data SPA, and Spring Remoting (prefer the Spring Integration) in production.
- Minimum 3+ years of distributed programming experience in production.
- Proficiency in design patterns and architectural characteristics.
- Strong coding experience in JUNIT/Selenium testing in production environments.
- Experience with DevOps and/or Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams and generate innovative ideas to enhance product quality
Compensation: Competitive Salary with major growth potential, medical benefits, 401K, flexible spending account, 15 PTO days annually, optional dental/optical coverage. Salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
