Job title: Pool Service Technician and/or Pool Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team. You will perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks, such as pump repairs, heater repairs, patch cracks/liners, plumbing, equipment installations, etc. The role requires someone with good people skills and a well-rounded "fix-it" knowledge base.
We are also searching for a Pool Cleaner/ Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of pools under our care. Duties will include skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pools, testing and balancing water chemistry, preform minor repairs deemed necessary and various maintenance tasks. Experience is not necessary but preferred and we are willing to teach.
Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech :
Clean and maintain pools according to established schedules and standards.
Skim pool surfaces to remove debris.
Vacuum and brush pool walls and floors as needed.
Test and balance water chemistry using appropriate chemicals.
Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs or adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements for both:
Knowledge of pool cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
MUST have Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
