Looking for seasoned Plumber who MUST have 3+ years experience in plumbing 40 Hour work week and rotating on call schedule between the Techs.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged pipes or fixtures
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the workings of plumbing systems
- Maintenance Person skills to perform various tasks related to plumbing installation and repair
- Ability to assemble and disassemble plumbing components accurately-
- Proficiency in using power tools for plumbing tasks
- Experience in remodeling projects involving plumbing systems
- Knowledge of different types of pipes, fittings, and valves used in plumbing
- Familiarity with hand tools used in plumbing work
- Basic understanding of Boilers, installation and repair
