Introduction:
Circle Three Designs manufactures road cases for the entertainment, aerospace, medical, motorsports, and professional sports industries. Road cases are essentially commercial grade cabinets that are designed to be transported on the road. While very few people have experience making road cases, employees with a cabinet making background have done very well working here. Likewise, employees with experience as a car mechanic, handyman, welder and other repair type jobs have been able to learn the job quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and work instructions.
- Cut aluminum extrusions to length according to shop drawings on chop saws with digital fences.
- Staple aluminum extrusions to wood panels that have been machined on a CNC router.
- Weld aluminum extrusion. If you do not have experience welding and you would like to learn, we will teach you. This is not a deal breaker.
- Assemble the road case with the proper hardware outlined on the work instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
All tools are provided.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
- High energy and self motivated.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
- Enjoy fixing things / working with your hands.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials, up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7AM - 3:30PM with optional overtime often available.
Paid breaks from 9:00AM - 9:10AM and 2:00PM - 2:10PM.
Lunch break from 12:00PM - 12:30PM.
