Estimator:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications to calculate material requirements/costs.
Ability to independently develop new leads and new customers.
Ability to assess concerns/needs, communicate with vendors and subcontractors, and produce/distribute professional estimates without the help of others.
Ability to perform condition assessments to generate recommendations. Generate estimates based on recommendations.
Attend pre-bid meetings
Reviews all aspects of the job with the Project Superintendent; including but not limited to, customer expectations, rules and regulations, safety and OSHA…
Estimator Responsibilities:
Residential/Commercial Sales
Primary Responsibility: Prepare cost estimates for commercial/residential projects of all sizes and submit bids to contractors and clients; emphasis on commercial work. Oversee project from bid award until completion.
Sales Responsibilities:
Generate leads and reach out to potential clients
(quality leads provided)
Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' needs
Present and promote our home remodeling services
Close deals and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
(previous experience in home remodeling or construction sales is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Reliable transportation (vehicle required):
