Key Responsibilities:
Perform full installation of custom bathrooms and kitchens, including but not limited to: plumbing, cabinetry, tile work, flooring, and fixture installation.
Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and make necessary adjustments during installation.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of all projects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in custom bathroom and kitchen installations
Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile work, and electrical (as needed).
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site.
MUST HAVE active Workman’s Compensation insurance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
