Servpro of Aberdeen/Holmdel is seeking 2 Crew Chiefs for their team. Servpro is a restoration and construction company that responds to water and fire affected properties. They provide mitigation and reconstruction services to residential and commercial properties. Duties of the crew chief are to take direction from the project manager. They direct and manage the work duties for technicians who perform the demolition, mitigation and content removal. The crew chief operates and drives the van, has daily communication with the customer or homeowner and ensures the work is performed to completion.
All candidates must have valid license and able to pass a criminal background check. They also must have valid authorization to work in USA and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for candidate that have a construction or restoration background and have some supervisory experience.
