Ultimate Collision Repair is seeking a skilled and experienced Detail/Paint Correction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in wet sanding, polishing, and paint correction, with a background in full vehicle detailing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform wet sanding, polishing and paint correction to restore and enhance the appearance of vehicle surfaces.
Assess the condition of vehicle exteriors and identify areas requiring correction and detailing.
Use specialized tools and techniques to remove scratches, swirls, and imperfections from fresh vehicle paint.
Apply protective coatings to maintain and preserve the quality of the vehicle's paintwork.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of detailing tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing work performed.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wet sanding, polishing, and paint correction.
Proven experience with high-end vehicles.
Experience with ceramic coatings and paint protection films is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniques.
Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
