What You'll Do:
-Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to promote brand awareness and engagement
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly
-Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client bookings -Coordinate travel arrangements between different locations of the business -Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry as needed

-Previous experience in administrative support or office management preferred but not required
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in social media platforms and a good understanding of social media marketing strategies -Highly organized with excellent time management skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Willingness to travel between locations of the business as needed
