As an Influencer and Sales Associate for Muk Haircare, you will be the face of the brand primarily on social media. You will use your social media presence to promote Muk Haircare products (primarily our color line), grow the brand’s visibility, and engage with a wide audience of salon professionals. In addition to content creation and influencer marketing, you will also focus on driving direct sales by building relationships with other beauty professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, tutorials) showcasing Muk Haircare's world class color line.
- Share product reviews, styling tips, and haircare routines on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Muk Haircare marketing team on campaigns, giveaways, and special promotions.
Audience Engagement:
- Engage with your followers and Muk Haircare’s audience by responding to comments and messages.
- Run live sessions or Q&As to showcase Muk Haircare's color line and styling products.
- Build a community around the Muk Haircare brand by creating consistent, value-driven content.
Sales & Business Development:
Direct Sales:
- Promote and sell Muk Haircare products to salons and beauty professionals
- Drive sales through social media by incorporating promotional codes, affiliate links, and product recommendations.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with salons, beauty professionals, and potential business partners.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to clients.
- Conduct demonstrations or training (both online and in-person) for hair professionals on how to use Muk Haircare products.
Brand Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay updated on new product launches and promotional activities.
- Offer feedback on products and consumer trends to help shape future marketing strategies.
Key Metrics:
- Growth in social media followers and engagement rates.
- Sales performance (both online and offline).
- Customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Success of promotional campaigns and events.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Professional Colorist required.
-Influencer Experience
- Proven experience in creating engaging content and growing a social media following, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.
- Passion for beauty and haircare, with a keen sense of current social media trends and best practices.
Sales Experience:
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, and influencer marketing techniques.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with beauty brands, especially haircare.
- Background in content creation, social media marketing, or sales roles.
