Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, online databases, and industry events.
Generate and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage potential customers.
Closing:
Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
CRM Management:
Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage all sales activities and customer interactions.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as a BDR or in a similar capacity.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.
