Job Description
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 4:30pm
$18.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
o Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
o Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and compatibility questions.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
o Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Assisting the team to achieve or exceed the stores' sales goals
o Providing overall customer satisfaction
o This role requires a strong focus on sales combined with essential warehousing responsibilities
