We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultants/Auto Brokers to join our dynamic auto leasing office in Old Bridge, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that handles all makes and models under one roof, specializing in auto leasing, financing, sales, early lease termination, trade-ins, and lease returns. Positions are available for both remote and in-office work, with desks available at our Old Bridge location.

Please note: This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant/Auto Broker, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of leasing, financing, and purchasing vehicles. You will provide personalized service, educating customers on the wide variety of options available and helping them make informed decisions that best suit their needs. You will also assist with trade-ins, lease returns, and early lease terminations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and offer solutions across all makes and models.

Provide expert guidance on auto leasing, financing, and purchasing options.

Assist customers with trade-ins, lease returns, and early lease terminations as part of the process.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish of the leasing process.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of the Automotive Industry: Experience in auto leasing, financing, and understanding of trade-ins and lease returns is a plus.

Self-Motivation & Drive: Ability to work independently (if remote) or in a team (in-office) environment, maintaining focus and productivity.

Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, online tools, and sales software (will train)

Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
