Weber Scientific, Inc. (Weber) is seeking a Clean Room Production Technician to join our team!

The Cleanroom Production Technician is responsible for output of a liquid-fill line in and outside of the manufacturing Clean Room.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

High School degree or equivalent (GED)

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a production environment (Clean Room experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and follow manufacturing protocols, policies, and procedures

Ability to accurately perform simple math calculations

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout the day, as well as frequent bending/stooping, reaching above shoulder height, crouching, kneeling, and pushing/pulling(the packaging aspect of this position also requires use of both hands for repetitive actions on an automated, high-speed line)

Ability to frequently lift up to 25lbs

Eagerness to achieve and adapt, a positive attitude, and a professional approach

Commitment to performing all duties with the highest regard for safety and quality

Clean Room Production Technician duties include, but are not limited to:

Handling all aspects of liquid fill production line, including set-up, loading, and cleaning of multiple machines; line optimization; packaging; material movement; etc.

Assembling sampling devices per work instructions, including printing, packaging, and cleaning

Clean Room preparation and shut-down activities

Operating and maintain production equipment according to SOPs

Participating in continuous improvement processes

Identifying process deviations and taking immediate action to mitigate problems (troubleshooting)

Daily organization and cleanliness of work area to comply with requirements

Participating in inventory cycle count programs and accurately recording results

Performing in-process inspections

Completing production records

Maintaining company product quality standards in accordance with company quality goals.

This is a full-time (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm) position in which the employee will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. Weber has a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, AD&D and life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and 401(k).
