Skilled Superintendent/Maintenance/handy man

We are a boutique multi-family rental business, looking for a skilled individual to help us manage maintenance and repairs. Fixed duties to include scheduled building and basement maintenance, cutting grass, blowing leaves, snow plowing, inspections. Job responsibilities will require plumbing and electrical repairs, general handy man and craftsmanship skills. It’s critical for the candidate to have good boiler maintenance experience. Additional income opportunities can come from apartment upgrades and renovations, leasing support, apartment turns and any work outside of fixed scheduled responsibilities.
