Seeking Freelance contractor/handyman, Plumber, & Electricians for apartment renovation and other related work
CONTRACTOR: Seeking qualified handyman/contractor(s) with experience (small crews a plus) to handle apartment renovation and other misc projects
Work includes but is not limited to:
Demo, Framing, Drywall, Plaster, Paint, Tile, Kitchen, Carpentry/Doors/Trim, Basic Plumbing, Electric, etc
All work is inspected by local code officials in addition to our own quality control personnel.
Must be clean, neat, and professional.
There is potential for high volume of work. Pricing is based off job but we NOT at retail/residential rates.
PLUMBER/ELECTRICIAN: experienced and professional - nice, neat and clean work - no license needed but it is a plus
We have regular, consistent, and repetitive work available. Competitive and bulk pricing is also necessary for this to work.
