Director of Leasing and Marketing
Job Overview:
Property management company seeks dynamic individual with experience as a leasing and marketing manager to join our team.

Essential Job Functions:
Leasing management
Oversee leasing at all properties and collaborate with leasing staff to ensure units are efficiently
Prepare, present weekly leasing reports to upper management with proactive and corrective action where necessary.
Mentor and manage leasing staff to include weekly formal calls with leasing staff to review performance.
Visit properties quarterly or more if needed to assess on the ground evaluation of the property and onsite leasing team.
Marketing
Review all advertising weekly for accuracy and effectiveness and execute improvements as needed.
Make proactive suggestions and implementations regarding marketing spending and campaign ideas (including changes to visuals and ad copy)
Execute comp analysis of market monthly or more to include:
Comp pricing, marketing, and building finishes/ amenities.
Prepare and present weekly reports to upper management team with an overview of traffic and marketing effectiveness.
Administrative
Verify lease applications.
Prepare lease renewals.
Collaborate with Upper management to price units on a quarterly basis.
Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure timely apartment turnover to minimize vacancy.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of move-ins and move-outs.
Complete other duties as assigned by upper management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 commensurate with experience

Minimum Required Qualifications:
5 years’ experience in Leasing, 2 years min. as Leasing manager
Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Yardi
Well organized with excellent time management skills
An in-depth knowledge of all rules, regulations and laws regarding property management
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Work over-time hours as required to complete assignments/projects
Comply with all company policies and procedures
