Transportation Assistant

AM Home Delivery is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Assistant to join our team. As a Transportation Assistant you will play a crucial role in our fleet and terminal operations, ensuring efficient best in class deliveries and customer satisfaction. If you have a strong background in transportation and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.This position requires bilingual (Spanish) skillsResponsibilitiesManage inbound / outbound communication, such as phone calls and e-mails to include company driver’s and assigned contractors issues and customer deliveriesMonitor routes and resolve any transportation issues that arise such as delays, delivery issues and customer complaints providing timely and effective solutions.Manage all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, KPI reports, etc.) as needed.Administrative support to routing managers and assigned terminal operations. Assist safety and compliance team and communicate with drivers obtaining updated DOT documents as needed.Create invoice charges for pick up orders.Manage COI request and submissions.
