Part Time Receptionist/Office Manager

We are looking for a caring, honest and reliable person to help manage our co-working facility on a part-time basis. A great opportunity for someone who is looking to reenter the workforce (retiree or stay at home parent) on a limited basis. Hours will be 2pm to 5pm every afternoon with the flexibility to cover during morning hours if needed.

Daily Responsibilities:

Close Office (and open office when needed)

Welcoming and cheerful presence towards all members

Answer phone and take appropriate details regarding potential sales

Provide support to office, co-working members and owner

Manage Conference Room Reservations

Keep track of office/kitchen supplies

Clean and disinfect kitchen and conference room areas

Light Sales and Marketing Tasks

General Office Duties as needed

Requirements:

Experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office

Organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Very good time management and ability to prioritize

Ability to follow instructions/procedures

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while also being part of a team

Proactive, proactive mindset
