Responsibilities:
Confirm order receipts and create daily order sheet
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Review and verify order information for completeness and accuracy
Communicate with customers to clarify any order details or discrepancies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of orders, including tracking and delivery information through systems used to do so, including QuickBooks and multiple online interfaces
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or inquiries related to orders or other customer service inquiries
Take orders over the phone
Log, facilitate, and complete return requests for orders
Keep track of inventory accurately through Quickbooks
Requirements:
Fluent in English and as many other languages as possible
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze information while staying organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in order processing systems like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
