A fast growing and innovative company with a seasoned CEO is currently looking for an Office Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to assist with the following:
Responsibilites:
-Accounts Payable/Receivable
-Maintain work facilities
-Standard duties like reception/admin, filing, manage records and information
-Perform other office tasks like replenish office supplies, custodial duties, etc.
Qualifications:
-QuickBooks or other similar accounting software
-Windows experience and general computer skills
-Strong organizational and leadership skills
-Detail oriented
Having a sales background would be a plus as there is an added commission incentive to perform inside sales work. There's a ton of room for growth in this company which will excel and dedicated employees will be rewarded.
