This is an engineering and construction company.
Undertake occasional receptionist duties and answering phone calls.
Prepare job permit application package and form filings, Scheduling with township for inspection and follow up.
General duty needed in the office, multi-tasking and time management.

Good organizational and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Good Customer Service skills
Good computer skills like Microsoft office, and quick learner of other computer software like quickbook etc. needed for the job.
