My name is Sunny Patel, owner of Sharda paper. We are a family company selling paper to schools, government agencies, and printers in NJ, NY, PA, and CT. We have three warehouse locations and have been in business for over 50 years. As we expand our business, more daily operational duties pile up. We are currently looking for an in office assistant who can help manage the following tasks for us on a daily basis:

- Taking incoming calls

- To Do lists

- Getting back to customers on eta’s

- Creating purchase orders

- Helping sales reps. Manage open orders and open quotes

- Helping track shipments and orders

- Claims and refunds

- Creating purchase orders

- Helping follow up with customers on open inquiries

Hours would be from 9 am to 6 pm daily Monday to Friday. We pay overtime for 40+ hours. Our office is located in downtown Metuchen, NJ. Pay would be $18/hour+ overtime. We are looking for someone who is friendly, punctual, and enjoys working in an office environment. There are currently about 6 employees working on a hybrid schedule in our office now.
