A Window and Door Manufacturer located in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking an office assistant. Candidate must be reliable, organized and able to multi-task. Candidate must have great communication skills in both Mandarin (Chinese) & English. Job responsibilities include processing, inputting and maintaining customer sales orders and general office work. Hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri). Salary based on experience and performance. Bonuses are based on yearly evaluation.
Responsibilities include:
-Answer phones/provide customer service and client support
-Data entry/updating inventory
-Arrange/schedule carriers for product pickup
-Dispatching of truck drivers
-Filing, faxing, email, etc.
Candidates should have/be:
-Solid organization and communication skills
-Good phone etiquette
-Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook
-Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
