We are looking for the right person who can manage and maintain major office duties listed below.
Daily office duties:
Answer multi-line phone calls incoming and outgoing
Answer emails and provide support to customers' inquiries
Process orders for all sales activities; from receiving to shipping out orders via Fedex, UPS and LTL Freights
Provide support to manager and staff
Follow up with customer's payments
Filing
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Minimum Requirements:
Printing Industry knowledge.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
High School graduate or equivalent. College degree in related field preferred but not required.
