Well established pool liner company seeking an administrative assistant.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Ability to speak with customers as needed.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Document sharing platform.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Minimum of a high school degree; prior experience as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
Compensation: - $20 per hour + potential overtime
Company sponsored healthcare to qualified applicants after 90 days.
Office hours are generally Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Opportunity for extra hours in season as needed.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Westfield, New Jersey.
