Purpose:
Support company-wide HR and Office Administration functions. Act as the first point of contact for HR and general office-related matters. Assist with onboarding, payroll, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal HR databases (e.g., PTO, maternity leave tracking)
Prepare and manage employment documentation (contracts, onboarding guides)
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors) and ensure compliance
Manage HR calendar: meetings, travel, scheduling
Submit invoices for HR-related expenses
Maintain accurate employee files and documentation
Handle daily administrative functions (emails, phone calls, reception, etc.)
Assist with budgeting and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Cover receptionist duties as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
Proven HR or Administrative support experience
Familiar with payroll and HRIS systems
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Able to screen and interview candidates
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person
SHIFT: Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm
DURATION: 6 Months
