Job Entails:
Call Handling Services – screen, assist, and transfer callers, handle scheduling and typing needs to various businesses
Primary job responsibilities include approx (75%) answering, screening and routing calls, scheduling appointments and building relationships with our clients. Secondary responsibilities (25%) include performing general office duties (such as general admin., sorting mail, faxing, etc.). Computer knowledge/ skills are a MUST
Hours For This Part Time Positions Is: 8am – 12pm or 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Please note: This is a part-time position.
Pay Rate is starting at $16 per hour (varies on experience).
Preferred candidates will have:
- Reliable schedule and transportation
- Strong communication and people skills
- The desire to provide outstanding service to clients and be a self-starter
- The ability to multi-task in a team-oriented environment and be detail oriented
- Computer and Writing Skills are a must
- Experience handling a multi-line phone system is a MUST
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a MUST
