We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team
Hybrid 3 days on 2 days off.
Responsibilities:
Maintains high-volume calendars and daily schedules
Formats, designs, and edits documents and presentations - some from scratch - using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Builds relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership and functional leads for North America
Manages executive travel including changes to travel schedule
Serve as a support system for business partners / executives visiting our offices
Manages expenses, developing a proficiency in the expense management system
Addresses conflicts or critical issues in a timely manner, communicating with all involved
Serve as a member of Employee Engagement team
Coordinates event catering as needed
Manage highly confidential information
Create, modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Proficient inMS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Assist projects as assigned
Proactive and ability to multitask
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
