Towing company looking for an evening dispatcher for the second shift, 4pm-12am, full time position. Training available. Must be available 4pm-12am, must be available for one weekend shift. Must be reliable and have your own transportation.
This position requires you to answer the phone, deal directly with customers, dispatch and manage drivers on the roadways, process payments and utilize computer for data entry. Dispatching experience not required.
The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent customer service skills, can multi-task, has basic knowledge of computers, cell phones and tablets and works well with a team. Knowledge of local roadways extremely helpful.
Full time position includes paid vacation, health insurance and company matched retirement.
