M2 Auto Group is now seeking for immediate hire for an Automotive receptionist. Highly motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented Office Administrator.
As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing customer, clerical and operations support as outlined below. This position is not short-term and is intended for the right candidate who is willing to commit to learning, training, and growing with the company.
Strong and effective communication skills needed. With the ability to work in a team-oriented environment in an open office. You will be responsible for answering calls, making and confirming appointments, greeting walk in customers and assisting them with check in and keys needed.
Pleasantly answer all incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, solve problems, organize and research answers independently.
Provide lead screening, vetting, and thorough follow-through of lead and client requests, including phone sales.
Utilize and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with detail and accuracy.
Work closely with Operations Manager and Technicians to ensure excellent client care, accurate lead tracking, problem resolution, and smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
Provide next-level service to clients, staff, and vendors, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and spelling skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the general public.
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent (Required)
CRM experience (Preferred)
Microsoft Office – Word and Excel – 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service - 2 years (Preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)

Monday - Saturday 10am- 7PM
Saturday 9am- 6pm
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
